Graphite has heat insulation at ultra-high temperature

Graphite flake has good thermal and electrical conductivity. Compared with common materials, its thermal and electrical conductivity is quite high, but its electrical conductivity can’t match that of metals such as copper and aluminum. However, the thermal conductivity of flake graphite is 4 times higher than that of stainless steel, 2 times higher than that of carbon and 100 times higher than that of ordinary nonmetals. The following editor of Furuite Graphite introduces that flake graphite has thermal insulation at ultra-high temperature:

The thermal conductivity of graphite is quite high, which not only surpasses that of steel, iron, aluminum and other metal materials, but also decreases with the increase of temperature. Unlike common metal materials, the thermal conductivity of common metal materials increases with the increase of temperature. At very high temperature, flake graphite even tends to be in an adiabatic state. Therefore, at ultra-high temperature, flake graphite has an adiabatic performance.

The flake graphite produced by Furuite Graphite can be customized according to requirements, and samples can be sent free of charge. Welcome new and old customers to consult and negotiate!
